Why Do We Think We Are Different?
Well, we have all worked for many years in IT and have experienced all manner of curiosties and bad practices. We
have also seen some amazing things and worked with some brilliant people. One thing became clear when we met each
other and that was our experiences of how people reacted to us as individuals in businesses. We had all been given
praise for our approach to IT and many told us it was a breath of fresh air compared to the way IT staff and
departments usually operated.
We believe that IT professionals are very clever and talented and most of them are excellent at what they do. However
we don't think they make the world go around. In fact we believe that IT is simply a service to the business. Yes it
can make massive differences to the speed at which you can do things and it can bring about significant savings. Ultimately
though without your business, there is no need for IT.
So what do we do differently?
We don't just come into your business and tell you that you need the latest and greatest gadget version 2.3. We won't
blind you with science and buzzwords to confuse you into commiting to something. We wont arrive with the express intention
of selling you something we've spent months developing. We'll sit down and understand your problems or challenges.
You might have an IT solution in place, you may not. After understanding your culture and the way your business
operates we can then start to suggest improvements.
